Tash supports individuals through some of the most significant transitions a life can hold: leaving careers that no longer fit, stepping into new identities, recovering a sense of purpose after loss or burnout. As a ICF-certified coach through New Ventures West and a coach with The Sabbatical Project, Tash can help you find clarity, develop self-compassion, and restore vitality in the midst of big change.

Well suited for: individuals taking sabbaticals or extended career breaks, professionals making significant career pivots, anyone navigating major life shifts such as divorce, becoming a parent, relocation, loss, retirement or major business exit, identity reinvention.

What to expect

 
 
 

Individual coaching with Tash is 1:1, conducted via video, and typically runs 3–6 months. Sessions are 60 minutes, scheduled weekly or bi-weekly, depending on your needs and goals. In addition to coaching sessions, you receive a customized development plan with objectives, resources, and practices (aka homework!) that supports you in tracking towards your desired outcomes.
